Critiqom acquired by Opus Trust Communications
We are very pleased to announce that we have been acquired by Opus Trust Communications, the Leicester based multi-channel customer communications specialist. The transaction was completed on 17th December 2019 for an undisclosed sum.
As a result of this business decision, we will create a company with a combined turnover of £42m. This will allow both organisations and our clients to benefit from the synergy, strength and greater choice of services that we can now offer across a range of sectors.
Providing a variety of complementary solutions, Opus Trust will bring its expertise in digital transformation to all customers within the Critiqom portfolio, enhancing the services and solutions that are already on offer, creating greater resilience in a competitive market.
Working with clients from the same sectors including utilities, financial services and healthcare, the acquisition will allow Opus Trust Communications to grow its market share in the public sector and offer its digital transformation expertise to a larger client base, helping to achieve wider geographic reach and even greater levels of customer satisfaction.
Chief Executive Officer of Critiqom, Charles Sweeney, comments: “We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Critiqom by Opus Trust Communications. This wasn’t just about shared skills and capabilities, but more importantly about shared values.
“We wanted to identify a business that would enhance our offering and put our customers’ needs first. Opus Trust were an obvious choice and we are very much looking forward to starting a new exciting chapter as part of the Opus Trust Communications family.”
